AWS re:Invent, Las Vegas
We worked for the global leader in next-generation IT systems, Infosys, to create a booth and plan a dinner party in Las Vegas.
The AWS re: Invent took place in Vegas from November 29 to December 3, 2021. The major issue for our client was to execute this high-end project at short notice. The project included building a booth as well as planning an intimate dinner party. It was equally difficult to arrange adequate on-site manpower, make necessary reservations, and call the right people.
Design247 successfully managed the delivery of this project as our team was backed by proficient on-site event managers and in-house designers. Our team took due care to deploy the processes and people in a way that was convenient for the client. To ensure maximum visibility, we proposed vertical slabs, and rotating fascia for the booth. Not only did we pull off delivering an excellent and intimate fun party, but we also assisted our client with on-site booth management, and booth visitor engagement.
